Description
Looking down Hickory Street towards the suspension bridge, 1872. The Thomas Clemons house (center), corner of 4th and Hickory; old Union School and Annex (later Central School) at 3rd Avenue behind house. Left of the school buildings is the First Methodist Church (the first building, constructed in 1833).
