Glass lantern slide of illustrations of cross-sections of underwater bridge foundations. They are labeled: Section of Coffer-Dam, Section of Open Caisson, Pneumatic Pile, and Section of Mud Pump. Drawn by Samuel T. Wagner. Used to illustrate the course "Civil Engineering Structures" which was taught between 1893-1950 at the Wagner Free Institute of Science, Philadelphia, Pa.
