Killed on tlie Sailroad.—WUllain Henry, an employeoon tho Pennsj'lvanift Railroad, was run ovor and killed at Columbia on Wednes¬ day mornlne, the 21at inst. The deceased re¬ sided In this city, iu East Chestnut street. He leaves a wife and four small children. * oldest heing only about twelve years of age. Tho Columblu Spy gives the ronowJ"ff paruc- ulars of the accident: "The deceased waa walking on the south track, soins east, and when opposite the residence of E. K. No person son-the deceased nt the moment the accident happened. Lancasterian miled at Harrisliarg.—A man named Geo Lchhart, of Ihis couuty, waa kiUed at WIster's iron works in Harrisburg, on 'JTlmrsday inorniug, the 22d inst. TUe State Guard gives the following particulars of tho aflair: The accident happened about two o'clock, wliile Lebhart waa employed in lianl- ing cinder. He was caught between a poat aud a cart, and injured internally so that death ensuod a short time afterwards. The deceased was a sluglo man about forty-five years of age; his relatives reside in Lancaster county. A coroner's Inquest was held resulting iu the following verdict: "That the said George Xebhart, while hauiiug ont cinder, was killed accidentally, by tho cart striking him with one of the shafts."
