Description
The Warren Savings Bank and the three-story Watson-Davis block immediately behind about 1890 . These buildings and two others attached to the east were destroyed in a February 1889 fire . They were replaced in 1891 by the new Warren Savings Bank building , now (2004) National City Bank . On either side of the triangular block , across Liberty Street , are left , Johnson's Exchange , and right , the Struthers Hotel . The latter building was razed in 2003 to be replaced in 2004 by a new headquarters building for Northwest Savings Bank .
