Letter sent by Thomas White to his wife Catherine White from Baltimore on May 27, 1864. Judge White reports that their son Richard has been captured by the Confederates. [This is after their other son Harry had already been imprisoned.] Judge White tells his wife that she should not worry, however, because Richard was reported unhurt. |
