Dear Mr* ilrds—
I m looking at your note of 13th February and it seems a long time since I saw the eights with you a few days later* Your library building and arrangements, and the situation and amenities generally were as attractive as any I saw in the Islands. While xny visit had no practical significance, being incidental to the business visit to Br# Guianaf I am glad to have had the direct contact with the local situation, in view of the Savage Report, although the Corporation has not adopted any policy in regard to the latter* Many thanls for the time and attention you kindly gave ma my short call*
Yours sincerely,
