Mr. John A. Poynton
2 East 91st Street
New York City
Dear Mr. John A. Poynton
Many thanks for your letter of May 27th. I did not propose to you while in New York the other day that I should go to see Mr. Carnegie because Mr. Carnegie because Mr. Franks told me that he was not entirely in his best health. I do not expect to visit New York again before your departure for Lenox but if it should he our good fortune to motor through New England in August, as we probably shall do, it will give Mrs. Church and myself a great deal of pleasure to stop and see Mr. and Mrs. Carnegie and yourself.
With my kindest regards, I am
Sincerely yours.
