Y., Dec. 10.—Albert Bardley, an undertaker of tlds place, was instantly killed by the accidental explosion of a shotgun in a wagon which he was driving to the hills with a hunting parly. The accident was due to an obstruction in the road which jarred the wagon and caused the discharge of the weapon. The Dussot, Palimer and Downing teams dropped out of the international biiaycle race this morning, owing to hot sprinting during this night. Seven teams remain.Mrs. Chadwick will be in Cleveland again tomorrow evening or early Monday, the federal authorities here say. They are convinced that her attorneys are trying to keep here in New York and thus delay the trial. In order to balk them District Attorney Sullivan will get an order from United States Judge Wing to have Mrs. Chadwick transferred to Cleveland, where the case will come before the federal grand jury of the northern Ohio district in February. Mr. Sullivan says the woman will be brought here at once, leaving New York probably ionight. He does not think she will be able to get bail here. The Dussot, Palimer and Downing teams dropped out of the international biiaycle race this morning, owing to hot sprinting during this night. They are convinced that her attorneys are trying to keep here in New York and thus delay the trial. In order to balk them District Attorney Sullivan will get an order from United States Judge Wing to have Mrs. Chadwick transferred to Cleveland, where the case will come before the federal grand jury of the northern Ohio district in February. Mr. Sullivan says the woman will be brought here at once, leaving New York probably ionight. He does not think she will be able to get bail here.
