Rose NobHtt, of Wei I on shohockcn. who was riding the motor cycle was tossed ironi his machine, and sustained cuts about his legs and bruises on the body and had his cloth-ing torn. Some of the rear pans of his motor cycle wen- twisted in the collision, but he WES able to ride the machine home, after some minor re-pairs had been made. It was no doubt due to the fact that the two machines were being operated at an ordinary rate of speed that a more serious ac-cident was averted. Noblltt was pro-ceeding towards West Conshojiockon while the chauffeur was driving his car northward. A high bank at the junction of the aforementioned Obstructs the view In different din 0- tions, and reither Noblitt nor the chauffeur could see each other ap-proaching. Fortunately the car only caught the rear wheel or the motor cycle, but it struck it with sufficient force to carry the lighter machine to the Bide of the road and Xobliti was tossed Into the gutter. The driver of the car stopped his machine and after ascertaining that nothing serious resulted from the accident proceeded on his way. The autoists made restitution to Noblltt for the injuries ho sustained and his torn clothing. While the young man's injuries are more pain-ful than a serious nature, he is con-fined to his home in consequene. unable to attend to his duties al the Krankenfield store at'Spring Mill. Alfred Noblitt the well known con-trctor of West Conshohocken and father of Ross Noblitt, had a narrow-escape from Injury on Sunday when he evidently lost control of his auto-mobile near the residence of John Black on the Matson Ford road at Me chanicsville. The machine reered to the side of the n.ad and dashed into a field on the Walker Kami missing a telegraph pole by a narrow margin Mr. Noblltt managed to get the car under control after going some dis-tance into the'lield and no danger re-sulted. Rose NobHtt, of Wei I on shohockcn. who was riding the motor cycle was tossed ironi his machine, and sustained cuts about his legs and bruises on the body and had his cloth-ing torn. Some of the rear pans of his motor cycle wen- twisted in the collision, but he WES able to ride the machine home, after some minor re-pairs had been made. It was no doubt due to the fact that the two machines were being operated at an ordinary rate of speed that a more serious ac-cident was averted. Noblltt was pro-ceeding towards West Conshojiockon while the chauffeur was driving his car northward. A high bank at the junction of the aforementioned Obstructs the view In different din 0- tions, and reither Noblitt nor the chauffeur could see each other ap-proaching. Fortunately the car only caught the rear wheel or the motor cycle, but it struck it with sufficient force to carry the lighter machine to the Bide of the road and Xobliti was tossed Into the gutter. The driver of the car stopped his machine and after ascertaining that nothing serious resulted from the accident proceeded on his way. The autoists made restitution to Noblltt for the injuries ho sustained and his torn clothing. While the young man's injuries are more pain-ful than a serious nature, he is con-fined to his home in consequene. unable to attend to his duties al the Krankenfield store at'Spring Mill. Alfred Noblitt the well known con-trctor of West Conshohocken and father of Ross Noblitt, had a narrow-escape from Injury on Sunday when he evidently lost control of his auto-mobile near the residence of John Black on the Matson Ford road at Me chanicsville. The machine reered to the side of the n.ad and dashed into a field on the Walker Kami missing a telegraph pole by a narrow margin Mr. Noblltt managed to get the car under control after going some dis-tance into the'lield and no danger re-sulted.
