A photograph of the reverse side of a silver casket from the Lord Provost , Magistrates and Councilors of Dundee , Scotland , conferring upon Andrew Carnegie the "freedom of the said City and Royal Burgh of Dundee " in recognition of his gift "in extending the public library of Dundee by the establishment of branch libraries. " The silver casket includes numerous decorations , two dragons at the top of the container holding a silver plate decorated with raised silver flowers and a plague with an inscription to Andrew Carnegie . Caption title. ; "Reverse side. "; On cardboard mount : 26 x 34 cm
