Schlater, of Cold Point, on Saturday evening. He had just undergone an operilion and was recovering . nicely when his heart action ceased. Doc¬ tors examining him pronounced his sudden dciilh due to a fatty condi¬ tion of the heart and a mu.scular weakness ahout that organ and not to the recent operation, as at first was supposed. Tho deceased was GO years of age, havin.g been born on the Weidemann estate "in Plymouth township, on July 1, 18."i8, a son of the lato Mr. and Mrs. Seth Schlater.
