Select and Common Councils meet on the first Wednes¬ day of every month, at 7:30 o'clock in the evening from April to September inclusive, and at 7 o'clock in the evening from October to March both inclusive. Terms of Select Councilmen representing the First, Sec¬ ond, Third, Fourth, Sixth and Eighth wards expire on April I, 1902, and those of representatives of the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth wards on April i, 1903. All Com¬ mon Councilmen's terms expire on April i, 1902.
