Miss Sartorls, who is a granddaughter of General Grant, Is to be married to Frederick Hoosevelt Scovel, son of Chevalier and Mme. Edward Scovel and n cousin of President Roosevelt. Many American citizens have been invited to the wedding, which takes place in St. Peter's church, Cobourg, on Aug. 23. He stnggered to his feet, calling for help.
