The last meeting of the coroner's Jury in the case was held In Scranton last evening, and a verdict was rendered to the effect that the deceased came to his death from a gunshot wound in the head. The Jurors further declared as follows: "Prom the evidence, we believe that the shot which caused tho death of the said Ltilgi Vinazzi was fired by some unknown person from a point on the fence, surrounding the William A. colliery, where the large gates are located." The scale as agreed upon provides for a maximum price of 55 cents for mining coal ami a uniform scale of wages for day laborers. The miners had demanded an Increase of 5 cents per ton, a two weeks' pay day and an eight hour work day.
