The announcement that the mill will be started and started nonunion lias given rise to no little speculation and uneasiness among the citizens. Many of the strikers, expecting prolonged Idleness, have left the city for hunting and fishing camps, where they expect to spend the time. No new men have been brought In, and how Mr. Smith expects to start is a matter for conjecture.
