Stocks Rallied This Morning New York, Dec. 9.—Stocks rallied still further in the first hour this morning. The open'ng was unsettled. A few stocks heild firm, but. many opened a flat point or more down, and in the first quarter of an hour declines from last night's figures, ranging up to two poiints or so, were general. Amalgamated Capper opened from one to 2% points lower and then rallied five points. "No, I didn't lose it," replied the little fellow.
