Mrs. Cleveland is en route to Jefferson's* home, whore she will visit for a short time. The police believe the Identification Is complete. The body is so badly decomposed that any direct recognition is impossible, but in addition to the membership card and the ring bearing the misfting man's initials a wallet containing letters and other papers was found on the body. Though these are somewhat damaged by the water, the police expect to be able to decipher them, at least in part, .when dried and from them to establish the man's identity beyond dispute. Panama, July 14.—The decree of Governor Davis establishing a custom house in the canal zone is causing much unfavorable comment. The principal merchants of Panama and Colon at a meeting to discuss the situation unanimously decided that the establishment of custom houses in such form means the ruin of the commerce of Panama and Colon and consequently of the republic. Mrs. Cleveland is en route to Jefferson's* home, whore she will visit for a short time. The police believe the Identification Is complete.
