Sully and other members of the firm bearing his name. D. H. Miller and Henry W. Taft have been appointed by Judge Holt as receivers and each has been placed under a bond of $250,000. Further examination of the books and accounts of the firm has resulted in the discovery that the liabilities were larger than at first estimated. Instead of $2,250,000 it was found the amount was little less than $8,000,000. Sully and other members of the firm bearing his name. D. H. Miller and Henry W. Taft have been appointed by Judge Holt as receivers and each has been placed under a bond of $250,000. Further examination of the books and accounts of the firm has resulted in the discovery that the liabilities were larger than at first estimated. Instead of $2,250,000 it was found the amount was little less than $8,000,000.
