' Washington, April 25—Washington officials are seriously Impressed with the latest post office department sensation. No such shock in yenrs has been given to the heads of executive departments as the bold act of Mrs. James N. Heretofore most of the cream used in the city has been secured from creameries. Now, however, a far better quality of fresher, sweeter and richer cream can be had with less trouble and expense. Pure milk is secured twice a day direct from the farm and is separated by Mr. Moffatt himself, thereby assuring his patrons the very best to be had in the line of pure crcam. Besides using it at his bakery and ice cream establishments, Mr. Moffatt supplies a large wholesale and retail trade.
