SWARTHMORE METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH This, attractive little, stone structure is, with the exception of' the Friends' Meeting House, the oldest place of worship in Swarthmore; It? was built, in 1895 as a Union Church and so continued until after the -''formation, of thc Presbyterian and Episcopalian Societies. Later the building was taken over by the Methodist Episcopal Church.
