Academy Fund Raising Campaign A fund-raising campaign to obtain $225,000 for an addition to Sewickley Academy was started this week. Sparked by a group of 60 volunteer workers, the campaign seeks to provide funds for new facilities, including a new kindergarten, library, cafeteria, science laboratory, and classroorh. F. E. On January 1st of this year, a pension plan with the Carnegie Fund, was instituted by the Academy, providing security for the members of the Faculty. The three-story addition, ’which will provide the facilities to take the Academy farther along the road to greater community service, will be built on the west side of the present main building, paralleling the gymnasium.
