BABCLAY By way of introducing the new Chief to Sewickiey people: He's 42 years of age, horn on Mount Washington, Pittsburgh, has lived in this vicinity all his life, has been engaged in detective work for many years. He's an outdoor man, fond of hunting and fishing and athletics, especially mushball, baseball and running. His home has been in Crafton Heights for a number of years past, where Mrs. Barclay has been active in the work of the Methodist Church; he will bring his family to live in Sewickiey just as soon as he can find a suitable home.
