'The exhibition match, under the auspices of the Sowickley Advisory Council, for local relief and employment, will bo played by two well- known Pittsburgh teams, tho Shadyside Academy and tho Vang teams. Tho lineup is as follows: playing for Shadyside, Bailey McCroory, 1; David McCahill, Jr., 2; Arthur Aaron, 3; and for tho Van team, Paul Mazuzum, .1; Howard Adams, 2; George Vang, 3; Jamos Groyden, substitute. David Me Cahill will referee. At two-thirty, tho excitement will be* gin, for it is then that the 25-piwo 107th Eicld Artillery Band, in their brilliant uniforms, will detrain at tho station and march to the field, They will bo led by several highway patrolmen, as thero will bo six stato highway patrolmen and six stato policemen, besides tho officers from Edgeworth, Sowickloy, 0 s li o r n o and Sewickloy Heights, numbering thirty in all. Tho officers will bo under the direction of the Traffic and Parking Committee, consisting of T. A. McGinley, chairman; P. C. Sturm, vice chairman; H. P. Burkholder, borough manager, Edgo- worthj Chief David Gratton of Edge- worth, and Chief Harold M, Rhoades of Sowickley, The pedestrian entrance will be on Division Street only and there will bo another automobile e n t r a u c o cut through tho fence to enable 200 cars to park between the" Annex and the "Y'' building, at a small fee. Tho usual entrance on Blackburn Avenuo, will lio for only those, cars which havo one of the forty parking spaces. By tho way, instead of having a long bench in front of the cars, Reynolds Ritchey has donated 250 chairs, so that buyers of the field sido scats will bo more comfortable. Thero will bo tellers from each of liio banks at each of tho three entrances selling tickets from the top of a "Y" table and making change out of boxes donated by the Hegner Hardware Company. Thirty-six firemen in uniform, will take tickets and direct patrons to thoir places. Thoro will bo mon at Blackburn and Division and at Hill and Blackburn, to direct patrons to the proper entrance, and signs, donated by W. J. Fitzgerald, will bo posted at each entrance making plain the admission and location of tho different scats. F. J. Cliestorman, vice president of tho Boll Telephone Company, has arranged for the installation of a public address system with six loud speakers pointing in all directions out of tho grandstand. Tho apparatus will bo at the rear of tho grandstand, with tho microphone at tho ground level. An announcer, experienced in broadcasting polo gomes, will explain tho play as the players, on their fleet mounts, pur- sue tho elusive ball from ono end of tho field to the other. As a result, the ninny peoplo who have never seen a polo game, will find out what it is alt about as the game progresses. In case a horse throws a shoe, Bill Adams, Locust Place blacksmith, has donated his services, and will bo ready to repair any such damage. At a mooting of tho general committee at the Edgeworth Club Wednesday evening, it was reported that 51 boxes havo boon sold, as well as 3,') of tho automobile parking spaces. Tim general admission sale and salo of grandstand seats aro also progressing well. It whs decided to send a truck with canvas banners advertising tho polo game, throughout downtown Pittsburgh as well as other towns in tho Valloy. Tho merchants will also be requested to post the placards on their delivery trucks. At tho meeting it was also brought out that Lewis A. Park has donated $150 to tho Rod Cross Dance, for relief, which will bo hold tonight at tho Edge- worth Club, as well as $100 for the polo gamo tomorrow. A letter will do sent to Mr. Park expressing the Advisory Council's -appreciation of the aid. Thero will bo plenty of room for everyone at the field, and everyone will havo a good view of an exciting, interesting game.
