INGRAM Seeks reelection on his record as Burgess to which he has given his best efforts. ROY F. BARCLAY Stands on his record as an able and devoted Chief of Police. PRIMARY ELECTION NEXT TUESDAY Next Tuesday is tho date for the Primary Election, and it is important that everyone who has qualified by registering as required by the new law should vote; it is at this election that candidates of tho several partios will be chosen, to be placed on the ballot for tho General Election in November. You may vote only for the nominations in tho party for which you aro registered. Vote in thc morning, as oarly as possiblo. The now registration law will not only bar those unregistered from voting, but, being now, will quite possibly cause somo regrettable confusion. Names may bo omitted or wrongly listed or so misfilod as to causo difficulty in finding for checking purposos—for ovory voter must give a signature to bo compared to that on tho official lists. Thoro may bo dolay, and it is possiblo that somo voters may havo to go to tho eity to straighten out somo confusion—automobiles aro to bo in readiness for that purpose, wo arc told, So for ovory reason, make it a point not only to vote, but to vote early. Incidentally, if you cannot vote in thc primary on account of non-registration, bo suro to go to the county office building, Boss and Diamond Streets, Pittsburgh, and get registered in time to qualify for voting at the November election; you havo until September 20th for this. The polls will be open from 8:00 a. m., until 9:00 p. m., Daylight Savings Timo in both cases. You will vote for candidates for thc County offices of Sheriff, Coroner, County Surveyor and Jury Commissioner. You will also vote for certain local officers: in Sowickloy for Burgess, two School Directors and five Councilmen—two in tho first ward, ono in tho second, two in tho third. In Osborno, four Councilmen, and two School Directors. In Glonfiold, four Councilmen, and throe School Directors. In Leetsdale, four Councilmen and throe School Directors.
