Council OKs tax backed contract for agency $80,000 Village Green pact spurs discussion on how group is funded by BOBBY CHERRY Village Green Partners will continue to get a boost from tax dollars. Sewickley Council members last week approved the nonprofit group's annual - contract, which clears the way for $80,000 in tax dollars to go to the organization. Under the name Explore Sewickley, the nonprofit markets the borough's business district and organizes events such as Light Up Night and the pet-focused Sewickley Unleashed, as well as smaller events throughout the year.
