Grant to update Leetsdale rail lines Assistance will raise freight capacity for industrial park by BOBBY CHERRY A S700.000 state grant will help Leetsdale Industrial Park owners bring rail lines in the mixed-use complex up to date, an owner of tho park said. Through the Rail Freight Assistance Program, owners will increase the capacity of freight the roughly 4 miles of rail lines with in the park can handle, said Tnny Rosenberger. president of Chapman Properties the company that owns Leetsdale Industrial Park. Work is expected to start in August and be completed by the end of the year, he said.
