The project — set to begin next month — includes reconstruction of sanitary sewers, storm sewers and repaving, borough Manager Kevin Flannery said. Council mem tiers approved the spending Monday night in an 6-0 vote. Member Stan Ference was not present. The water authority's portion for line replacement work is $215,436.
