But Glen Osborne Borough officials disagree. In a nearly five-hour zoning hearing board meeting last week in the building in question, Glen Osborne’s code enforcement officer Nancy Watts said school district officials violated the borough’s ordinances when they permitted North Way Christian Church to offer worship services on Sundays at Osborne Elementary School.
