Price takes over as new chamber prez by Bobby cherry STAFF WRITER When Sewickley Valley Chamber of Commerce met Tuesday for the first time this year, a familiar face was at the helm. The business organization’s new president is Jim Price, owner of Cuttings Flower & Garden Market Price replaces Phil Harris, owner of The Open Mind Bookstore, who resigned after a four-year term.
