His topic will be "Decorating for Today with You in Mind." Buatta's clients Include a litany of ViPs, and his face regularly appears in such magazines as Architectural Digest and W. The borough has petitioned the Orphans Court ^vision of Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas requesting that ’ resident Don Eose Jr. assume legal fees the borough has incurred in connection with his lawsuit against the borough. Rose fued suit in Common Pleas Court’s Civil Division contesting a declaratory judgment rendered by the Orphan’s Court. -, The Court affirmed the authority of Sewickley Heights Trust trustees.. G. Whitney Snyder, Stephen E. Nash and John C. Oliver HI to donate 500 acres of land in Sewickley Heights to the borough. Rose, one of 32 shareholders in Sewickley Heights Trust, Wants to see the woodlands near Sewickley Heights Park developed. Jeff Ludwikowski, counsel for Rose, said the reason they filed the civil suit* against the borough and the trustees because they see a conflict of interest since in that trustees Snyder, Nash and Oliver are members of borough council. In September, Orphans Court Judges Michael J. O’Malley, J. Warren Watson and Nathan Schwartz oraDy quashed ejt-ceptions filed by Rose to an order handed down by Watson in July. This means.they refused to hear them On a jurisdictional basis, Watson’s July order granted the objections of the borough and trustees Snyder, Oliver and Nash, and dismissed with all prejudice all claims against the borough concerning the property of the trust. Rose filed a courtesy copy reguesting leave to file an’ ap-p^eal with Commonwealth Court.
