Start said lawsuits filed in the general docket are tor more than $29,000.

However, Pszenny said the state reimbursed the pension fund.

What confused Pszenny on the entire process was that when he received Ms first

Buthesaid there wasnoformal or concrete action taken by Hie new council for the raise
until Jan. 29 regular council meeting.
Shaughnessy has said he does not wish to comment on potential litigation.
