Beverly Bush, an assistant ad- . iiiinitotor at juvenile court', said she is prevented from disclosing information about the youth or particulars of the case because of the Juvenile Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Section 6308 of the Act prohibits information from being divulged in certain cases about juveniles charged with crimes. ' Following an investigation, the 'Allegheny County fire marshal " ruled arson the cause of the March 15 fire two "weeks ago, but no arrests were made. He said the insurance company and QV’s representatives have completed their evalua-tipns and will get back together again later this month.
