Buckman and Walgren square off at forums
Voters will have two chances to see the local candidates for the U.S. Congress in action in these last weeks before the election. Doug Walgren and Ernie Buckman will be available in person tonight, and on tdevision on Oct. 29.

The event is co-sponsored by the Airport Area Chaioabep of Commerce Legfelative Affairs Committee iand the HoUday-Ihn Airport. The evening ^ial ■ ■ I c^didat^ and constituents
to meet and discuss issues in an informal setting.
Tb.e two will meet again during a tdevised debate sponsored by the League^of Women Voters of Allegheny County. It will be carried live at 9 p.m. on Oct. 29’ on WQED-13. Walgren and Buckman will discuss national security, domestic policy and local issues. Residents can submit questions to the League at the YMCA, Fourth and Wood St., Pittsburgh 15222, or by calling the number that will be shown during the broadcast.
