There also a large and pretty chorus of show girls and more than a score of inging and dancing hits, many of which were written especially for this product ion "That's how near I came to being a Pennsylvania Assemblyman," said Mr. Timblin as he started home to his grocery. Soon after hecoming a resident of Clarion County some of the Republican leaders in his bailiwick having heard of Mi Timblin's rockribbed Republicanism, suggested that his name be placed on their ticket as a candidate for State Assemblyman. The county leaders fell right in with the idea and Mr. Timblin was tendered the honor forthwith.Barney and Charlie formed a team of strong pullers owned by A A Delorme, a prominent farmer of West Liberty. The horses were broke by Mr. Delorme 3 5 years ago, when he was 6<» years old. The animals shared each other's burdens and were never hitched with *other horses for 112 years, when Charlie laid down one day and failed to rise again.
