Punxsutawney, Tuesday night, August 9, 1904, the following resolutions were adopted: Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God in His wisdom to remove from our midst our esteemed brother John Butson, who departed this life at Rathmel on Saturday, July 30, 1904, and whereas while we bow in humble submission to the decree of Him who knows what is best, therefore be it Resolved, That out of respect for the memory of our beloved brother the charter of this lodge be draped in morning for a period of 30 days; and be it further D.
