The Mayflower conveys the party to a point of the mouth of the Rappahannock River, where the magnificent battleship Louisiana awaits them. Luncheon will be served at Ancon, followed by a trip around Ancon Hill and a visit to the hospital. The remainder of the day will be given by President Roosevelt to ; the government of Panama. On the afternoon of that day the President will deliver one of the two set speeches waieh he' intends to make while on the isthmus. This will be delivered from a stand in the public square of Ancon and will be in reply to the forma} welcome of President Amador. At night President Roosevelt will be entertained by President Amador at dinner.
