FEBRUARY 9th., 1905. At a meeting of the Board of Trustees, called by the President, for Feb. 9, 1905, at which the following members were present;- Messrs. Brown, Hill, Munson, Laedlein, Lose and Eckel, and voted. Upon motion, duly seconded, it was : RESOLVED :- That this Board will sell to Hugh Gilmore, his heirs or assigns, a certain brick building, located at No. 19 East Fourth Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and known as the Henry Brown Residence and now occupied by the Williamsport Wheel Club as the tenant of the said board of Trustees, including all parts and portions of said building, including the foundation thereof, owned by the said board, for the sum of($1500.00) Fifteen hundred oollars, upon the following terms and conditions : FIRST: That there be paid on account of the said price the sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars ($250.00), within fifteen days from this date. SECOND: That the balance, to-wit; The sum of Twelve hundred and fifty Dollars ($1250.00) shall be paid within ten days after possession of said building is given to said Hugh Gilmore, his heirs or assigns. No interest to be charged upon said balance until said possession is delivered. THIRD: All rents to be received from the said property until the said possession is given, as aforesaid, shall remain the property of the said board of Trustees.
