The action has been before the court on several occasions and ls regarded as a test case of the North Wales ordinance regulating the licensing of peddlers In the bor-ough- It was that of the borough against Benedict Unites, a Phila-delphia bakery company salesman Unites was charged with vinlaunii the ordinance, Wll found guilty by a magistrate, appealed to the courts. The court found fata guilty and arguments for a re-hearing were heard and refused. Yesterday a motion for reargu-ment of the case was heard by Judges Knight and Dannehower in Argument Court. Attorney William Rerguson. Unites was charged with vinlaunii
the ordinance, Wll found guilty by
a magistrate, appealed to the
courts. The court found fata
guilty and arguments for a re-hearing
were heard and refused.
Yesterday a motion for reargu-ment
of the case was heard by
Judges Knight and Dannehower in
Argument Court. Attorney William
Rerguson. Jr. representing Unites
and the bakery, contended the
court handed down a dSOlSkan IB
the matter on July 25 and fett on
July 18 the Superior court handed

heard the appeal, told Attorney
Ferguson that probably another

and advised that possibly the court
