The local firemen will ler-d the procession as the 'Conshohocken unit, headed by Fire Chief Theo-dore Speaker Washington Fire company, nine-tv- one strong, accompanied by the Pioneer band of thirty pieces, will leave here Thursday afternoon for ft three-day trip to York where thev will be guests of the H-Company The firemen will be ttUrtd In new uniforms and v. ill carry twen-ty- nine silver horns In each horn there will be one :md one-half down carnations A banner, pur-chased for the occasion, will be car-ried by two members of the com-pany The firemen Will march from the fire house to the station here. The firemen will meet at the fire house at 2 p tn and will leave Con-shohocken Pennsylvania station at 3 10 p m in three special coaches. The firemen will go from here to Philadelphia where their cars will be shunted to the main line of the Pennsylvania system and at Lan-caster will be shifted to Uie branch line to York. They are scheduled to arrive there at 7:30 p. m. The local fire laddies will be met at York by a delegation of the Res-cue company and escorted to their hose house where a gala reception will be waiting Following the reception the local group will go to the Penn and Brookes hotels where they will be registered during their stay in York. The Pioneer band is scheduled to give a concert in Penn Park. Col-lege avenue and Beaver posite the York high school. unit, headed by Fire Chief Theo-dore

Washington Fire company, nine-tv-
one strong, accompanied by the
Pioneer band of thirty pieces, will
leave here Thursday afternoon for
ft three-day trip to York where thev
will be guests of the H-Company
The firemen will be ttUrtd In
new uniforms and v. ill carry twen-ty-
nine silver horns In each horn
there will be one :md one-half
down carnations A banner, pur-chased
for the occasion, will be car-ried
by two members of the com-pany
The firemen Will march from
the fire house to the station here.
The firemen will meet at the fire
house at 2 p tn and will leave Con-shohocken
Pennsylvania station at
3 10 p m in three special coaches.
The firemen will go from here to
Philadelphia where their cars will
be shunted to the main line of the
Pennsylvania system and at Lan-caster
will be shifted to Uie branch
line to York. They are scheduled
to arrive there at 7:30 p. m.
The local fire laddies will be met
at York by a delegation of the Res-cue
company and escorted to their
hose house where a gala reception
will be waiting Following the
reception the local group will go to
the Penn and Brookes hotels where
they will be registered during their
stay in York.
The Pioneer band is scheduled to
give a concert in Penn Park. Col-lege
avenue and Beaver
posite the York high school. Friday
night there will be a banquet fa
win. h more than 500 reservations
