Tbe foregoing is suggestive and oKtutnAj aietius su/'-*a*jeseaetit, yet we might oall to tbe sttention of the borough council that there are many depredations committed by the younger element through sll parts of the town at night as wsll as daytime, and the complaint is general regarding tbe misconduct of boys in their 'teens.
