Prior to the marching ol the parade the following roll was called by Dave Reed's errand boy: WilUam Scnader Fehnei. Harry, Scott Miller, Harvey Taylor Brob¬ ston, Prank Trexler Fry, Fred Woodley Shimer, Horace Strunk! Davlsson, Chauncey Howell Stocker, John Goldsmith Starner, Andrew Mellon Kern, W. W. Atterbury Fehr, Jerome Louchheim Oleason, Harry Steedle Cooley, Rep. Coyne Rice, and John McSparran Rein- •mlth. However, due to so much commotion it was impossible for tbe Committee to ascertain the pre¬ sence of all these members, but it Is believed that the majority braved tbe storm and participated. Tbe parade starting at the Circle marebed east on Centre street. three wards, following which the Nazareth Band led a funeral proces¬ sion of The Grand Old Tarty. The American Legion Drum Corps fol¬ lowed leading a long line of royal and loyal party healers. All of the floats were appropriately decorated depicting emphatically the Drmocratlc Landslide in all Its glorious colors. A float constructed by the town's "progressives" receiv¬ ed favorable mention as to the con¬ ception concerning the future O. O P. This float contained a complets n"w outfit to carry on—a tepee, pro¬ visions, "soothing syrup", and good naturcd squaws with Captain "Smith" all rigged up with his hunt¬ ing and Ashing tackle ready for fur¬ ther action. Big Gathering of Old Guards Assemble At Centre Square In Humble Homage To The Old Deal
Nazareth's stalwart Old Guards of tbe Hooverreed, Mellpinchot com¬ mand mobilized here last evening In paying their last tribute to the now tattered and forlorn SHIP RepUbllcaN. Prior to the marching ol the parade the following roll was called by Dave Reed's errand boy: WilUam Scnader Fehnei. Harry, Scott Miller, Harvey Taylor Brob¬ ston, Prank Trexler Fry, Fred Woodley Shimer, Horace Strunk! Davlsson, Chauncey Howell Stocker, John Goldsmith Starner, Andrew Mellon Kern, W. W. Atterbury Fehr, Jerome Louchheim Oleason, Harry Steedle Cooley, Rep. Coyne Rice, and John McSparran Rein- •mlth. However, due to so much commotion it was impossible for tbe Committee to ascertain the pre¬ sence of all these members, but it Is believed that the majority braved tbe storm and participated.
