A regular stated meetingr of the Board of I>irectors of the local Chamber of Commerce was held Monday evening in the oflice rooms of The Parmers Union Mutual Fire Insurance Company, with president H. P. Yeisley. presiding.

The spirit of progress prevailed throughout Monday's meeting as the members planned activities for the current year The Chamber con¬ sidered the sponsorship of several movements, including Naxareth Com¬ munity Days, celebrations and festi¬ vals in keeping with the march of time. Within the very near future an active Merchants' Committee is to be appointed which wiU formulate and conduct all promotion work concerning bigger and better sales.
A membership committee is being organised and arrangements are on foot for periodic all-member meet¬ ings, at which time s special pro¬ gram WiU be presented to citiaens of Nasareth and members of the Cham¬ ber.
