This mural depicts a modem cement manufacturing plant. ahowing the operaUon from ths quarry to the kiln and covers a wall apace eleven feet, nine Inches oy four feet, two and one-half inches. This painting is one of the first of Its kind to be used In the decoration of Pederal Bluldlngs, and to the result of study and work of Miss nyah Ludlns of New York City. The artist completed the paintUig In her studios after having spent months in thto section sketching and prapariiiji to transfer to canvas what ahe observed. This mural depicts a modem cement manufacturing plant. ahowing the operaUon from ths quarry to the kiln and covers a wall apace eleven feet, nine Inches oy four feet, two and one-half inches. This painting is one of the first of Its kind to be used In the decoration of Pederal Bluldlngs, and to the result of study and work of Miss nyah Ludlns of New York City. The artist completed the paintUig In her studios after having spent months in thto section sketching and prapariiiji to transfer to canvas what ahe observed.
