Smith, of Eas¬ ton, attorney for the trustees, filed a motion to quash the appeal on the grounds that Rev. Kreider has no interest in the confroversy and was not a party aggrieved. The decision of the Supreme Court on thia motion says: "This question was ruled by us on November 6, 1929. when we refused a pe'l'lon filed by appel¬ lant wherein after setting forth th» facts upon which he bases bis in¬ terests, he prayed for permission to appeal, which prayer wan re¬ fused.
