Chevarello beat it into the house and Company after him but the offlcer caught him going through the door. They were taken to the Borough Hall where Squire Fry held a preliminary hearing and held both tor a further hearing on Monday night. Joe Manguttl alao put la a claim tor a broken hinge on a abutter at his home, alleged to be broken in tbe mix-up.
The hearings at Suqire Fry's offlce on Monday night was attend¬ ed by a capacity crowd that Jamm¬ ed tho offlce to doors and windows, witb a large overflow packing the sidewalk outside.
