The truck was ascending the hill and had just straddled the tracks when the train which was riiniiini; about twenty miles an hour sfr'ick the big machine about t'le middle. The truck was badly dam:ig"d by the crash but the driver escaped injury. The machine was thrown clear of tho tracks and was later towed to the comiiany garage for repairs.
