Refrecihments and other concessions will be conducted by members of the American Legion and Auxiliary, Lights are now being installed around the pool and throughout the park area by the Metropolitan* Edison Company and will be ready for service Saturday evening. Xt was alM announced that the Bath House will be open for public inspection during the available time allowed on the program, thus ac* cording an opportunity for all citi¬ zens to view this large and modern full equipped bath hou.se. The pool and entire park will be decorated by a committee organized by the Rotary Club and the spacious parking field will be policed by members of the Vigilance Hose Company. Souvenir programs will be diiitrlbuted free of charge cover¬ ing all the events of the day. The public is invited and predic¬ tions are that at least 6,000 will attend dedicatory service as well as the evening activities. CRAWFORD CELEBRATES SEVENTY-EIGHTH BIRTHDAV Dr. Walter Crawford observed his 78th birthday anniversary on the 15th of August, and received num* erous greetings and callers during the day and evening. It proved a very happy day for the doctor, who has been in ill health the past year, but Is now greatly Improved and thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. A band concert will be rendered in the evening by the Nazareth Band. Refrecihments and other concessions will be conducted by members of the American Legion and Auxiliary, Lights are now being installed around the pool and throughout the park area by the Metropolitan* Edison Company and will be ready for service Saturday evening.
Xt was alM announced that the Bath House will be open for public inspection during the available time allowed on the program, thus ac* cording an opportunity for all citi¬ zens to view this large and modern full equipped bath hou.se.
The pool and entire park will be decorated by a committee organized by the Rotary Club and the spacious parking field will be policed by members of the Vigilance Hose Company. Souvenir programs will be diiitrlbuted free of charge cover¬ ing all the events of the day.
The public is invited and predic¬ tions are that at least 6,000 will attend dedicatory service as well as the evening activities.

Tlie twenty-fifth annual Fehnel Family reunion was held on Satur¬ day, August 13th, at the Bushkill Centre Orove with approximately 330 people present.

DR. CRAWFORD CELEBRATES SEVENTY-EIGHTH BIRTHDAV
Dr. Walter Crawford observed his 78th birthday anniversary on the 15th of August, and received num* erous greetings and callers during the day and evening. It proved a very happy day for the doctor, who has been in ill health the past year, but Is now greatly Improved and thoroughly enjoyed the occasion.

The American Legion Auxiliary held their meeting last Friday eve* ning In the Legion Home. South Main street, with President Mrs. Dorothy Polweiler in charge.
Secretary Mabel Eyer reported that the four*county council picnic will be held September 2nd at Bushkill Park.
