Description | Thursday Afternoon 3:30 P.M. Hi honey:- Just walked Muz down to 110th St where she took the bus back to the Commodore - Got home from Brooklyn at 11:00 - Muz phoned shortly afterwards and asked if she could come up as she had something bring us - Arrived at 1:30 and brought us a set of perfect green shower curtains - she is a darling [pg 2] Aunt D[?] is going to be in New York on Saturday, and has invited Muz, Albert and me to dinner at the Cowell Club - I hate to go without you darling, but feel as if I ought to - Plan to meet you at the station afterwards, but will ask you about that tonight when you telephone- Received two letters from you this morning - have everything written down and ready, and have put aside taxi fare - Nothing new to report - except that sweety(ie) has a good strong heartbeat, and is in the right position - Will tell you all the little tid-bits of this and that when we are together this [pg 3] week-end- Marion phoned this afternoon and she and Sylvia are going to have dinner with me tomorrow night - As so happy to hear about the May[?]-There are no apartments available in July that Mrs. Couture knows of now, but she has promised to let us know if anything turns up- More later darling - am sleepy again. My darling:- It's always so hard to hang up when we talk over the phone - I wish I could tell you that ‘W-W’ is due soon, but looks as if we'll just have to bide our time and hope it isn't too late- Think I will go to bed now - haven't [pg 4] been getting much sleep - even in your pyjamas - just tisn't the same, and how good it will be to have back again - Love you darling with all the love I have- Bobby |
