The committee felt a professionally - planned program would involve salaries, state insurance regulations and other complex problems which would be too expensive and time consuming to plan for this semester. The committee agreed, however, that this type of program should be investigated for implementation for the upcoming fall semester. At the present time, a cooperative involving parent's donating time is being discussed by a number of interested parties. The cafeteria's services will be in full swing in approximately two weeks, at which time ARA Food Services, the concessionaire, will be offering Montco a variety of foods including both hot and cold platters and sandwiches. Raymond R. Conseur, Operations Manager, has guaranteed quick and efficient service despite the fact that many students will be lunching at the same time. Mr. Conseur stated that, breakfast will be made upon request and that, eventually, this too will develop into a permanent "piek-up" meal. Each day, two or three differ ent entrees will be available, along with a choice of three to five vegetables and a daily soup. One can choose from two or three large hot piatters and four or five cold platters at a cost of about $.90 with the exception of beef and more expensive meats ranging up to $1.20.
